***Under construction***
I've spent the last 10+ years reviewing thousands of resumes and interviewing hundreds of candidates and in that time I've come to 2 fundamental conclusions:
- 95% of people aren't effectively communicating the value they can bring to an organization.
- The job-search feedback loop is asymmetrical (read:broken) which prevents people from identifying what's not working for them and acting on it. For example...ever been on a job interview and never hear back?
I like helping people find jobs but I'm passionate about teaching them how to do it better on their own - teach a man to fish, as it were.
Who reads 'About Me' pages amiright?

I had the great pleasure in early 2016 of spending a week with Dr. Alex Bruton (@theinnographer) learning about innovation. That experience helped spark a lot of the early ideas and insights that helped me create the framework here. I'd highly recommend you checkout his work even if you aren't interested in learning more about innovation. Sometimes just listening to smart people talk can trigger and unlock opportunities in your brain.
